What condition are the products in? 

The majority of our products are in like-new condition. Some may have minor imperfections in non-visible areas. All products have a condition label in the product description and any imperfections are noted there. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We offer domestic shipping within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. 

 

What forms of payment can I use? 

Payment cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club and Elo.

Accelerated Checkout options: PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! You can select gift wrapping during check-out. 
Gift items are packed in either a gift box/bag or wrapped in gift wrap before being securely packaged for delivery. A gift card is also included, please write out your message for the gift card in the special instructions box at check out.

 

When will my order be processed? 

It generally takes 1-2 business days to pick, pack, and ship out an order once a purchase has been made. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. 

 

What shipping vendors do you use?

We ship all of our products with The United States Postal Service (USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS).

How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping rates are calculated at check-out and are based on the total weight of the order, as well as the shipping distance. At check-out, you will have the option to choose between standard, priority and express shipping with USPS or UPS. 

 

How do I change a shipping address on an order I have already placed? 

If you need to change the shipping address on your order, please contact us by filling out the form on the Contact page. Please note, we cannot make changes to the shipping address once your order has shipped. 

 

How do I track my order?

To track your order, visit the USPS or UPS website and enter your shipping number. This number will be provided via email once your order ships. 

 

When will my order arrive? 

Standard orders may take 3-8 business days to be delivered and shipping estimates begin from the time a package is scanned into transit. 

 

Can I return items? 

If you are unhappy with your order, we do have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for more information.
