SHIPPING 

We offer domestic shipping within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Shipping Vendors & Rates

We ship all of our products with The United States Postal Service (USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS).

Shipping rates are calculated at check-out and are based on the total weight of the order, as well as the shipping distance. At check-out, you will have the option to choose between standard, priority and express shipping with USPS or UPS. 

Order Processing

It generally takes 1-2 business days to pick, pack, and ship out an order once a purchase has been made. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Order Tracking

To track your order, visit the USPS or UPS website and enter your shipping number. This number will be provided via email once your order ships. Standard orders may take 3-8 business days to be delivered and shipping estimates begin from the time a package is scanned into transit. 

 

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your order, we do have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

  • All returns must be sent back within 7 days from the date of delivery of an item. 
  • If your order is arriving in multiple shipments, you may have different return windows.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, which will be your order confirmation, including order number.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Return Shipping Cost & Requirements

Original shipping charge is not refunded when returning items. 

Return shipping is paid for by the customer, and will be deducted from the total refund amount. Customers returning fragile items (such as glass, ceramics and pottery) will need to ensure the items are packaged securely.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us by filling out the form on the Contact page.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
